- All major credit and debit cards are accepted, payments will be processed securely through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by card, just complete your details, click 'pay by Paypal' then choose 'Pay by card' on the next screen.
- We aim to post orders within 5 days. However, there may be a slight delay when the merch is on tour or similar situation away from Merch HQ.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Under distance selling regulations, you may return items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first if you need to make a return. Items must be in original condition and either posted by trackable means or a proof of posting obtained. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the original goods. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
- Upon receipt of your order, please check that all items are as ordered. Any problems should be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not notify us within 2 working days, we will not be required to send a replacement or offer a refund.
